WORK HISTORY
I. 1986 - CurrentExecutive Director, HMTV GROUP
I have worked and overseen this company from its infant stage to one of the premiere television production companies in America.
I have continued to develop an extensive knowledge of television,
a massive network of acquaintances and a deep knowledge of media.
I am a regular speaker at national trade shows like NAB, Inspiration, NRB,
Grammy in the Schools and other conferences.
Today HMTV is a multi-million dollar production company which specializes in high quality, commercial broadcast television, and radio and Internet production.
Our productions are seen on most major broadcast and cable television outlets
across the world.
HMTV's major projects have been some of the most watched events in history including the Summer Olympics, Super Bowls, The Final Four NCAA Basketball Tournament
and Baseball's All-Star Game.
We have shot hundreds of concerts like Sting, N'Sync, Elvis, Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt and specials like the Presidential Debate for nearly all major networks.
A few of the entertainment shows have been:
Blue Collar TV, Speak into the Mic, for the WB network.
(See TV Credit link).
I have also served as technical director of some of the first ever high-definition,
5.1 surround sound broadcasts.
Including the New Orleans Jazz Festivals in 2000, 2001, and 2002.
I also served as technical manager for many broadcast events from The House of Blues.
My basic responsibilities include overseeing and developing projects, budgeting,
handle all sales for our services, and scheduling crews and facilities for our many clients.
I do most of the conceptual work for all our television productions ranging from commercials, corporate videos, music videos and broadcast productions.
This includes coming up with the script and format of the presentations.
I also determine whether we will need any special set designs, talent needs,
special effects or equipment requirements.
I also consult with our various clients around the country on media placement
and buying airtime of their various programming.
On the hands-on side, I am also an excellent producer, director, technical director, camera operator, audio engineer (A-1, A-2), graphics operator (Chyron Infiniti, Duet), video operator, EIC and post-production editor
(Avid, Accredited Final Cut Pro Instructor, Video Toaster, Media 100).
I make the final decisions on equipment purchases for the company
as well as overseeing the accounts payables and receivables.
I can perform most technical adjustments and repairs on our equipment and am very versed in the engineering requirements needed to produce high quality programming.
My credit list will show some of the highlights of various productions I have worked on
as a director, production coordinator, producer, technical director,
audio, video shader, tape op.
These events and concerts that have been seen on
VH-1, TBS, HBO, ESPN, FOX and most TV networks here and abroad.
I have produced over 3700 television commercials
and over 1500 marketing, instructional, and music videos.
Over 10,000 production credits
